What This Moment Asks

Three things are pressing on organisations at once.

Rise of AI

Existential questions about what it means to be human. Capacities we are tempted to outsource. Work redefined faster than we can absorb it.

An AI-augmented world asks us to grow our wisdom and care faster than our tools.

Global polycrisis

Environmental breakdown. Inequality. Conflict. Crises that compound each other.

A wounded world asks us to change who we are, not only what we do.

Workplace crisis

Burnout. Disengagement. Loneliness. People giving their days to work that costs them.

A workplace that depletes asks us to reimagine it as a place where people flourish.

An invitation

How did we end up here?

Who are we invited to become?

What is the purpose of leadership now?

What is the role of the workplace?

Our Two Offerings

One awakens. One sustains.

The problems are complex. The ways forward can still be calm, simple and deep.

Both build the collective capacity a fragmented workplace has lost. Each works on its own.
Beyond Resilience is also a way to begin with us before the longer, sustained work of the Circle.

Beyond Resilience: From Enduring to Leading

01

For inner power, when your story gets disrupted.

Diagnosed with muscular dystrophy as a teenager and told she was unlikely to live beyond the age of 25, Sherena Loh went on to transform lives for others with disabilities over decades.

This fireside chat and facilitated session invites you to go beyond resilience when challenges come — you can grow, serve and lead.

Not a talk you listen to and leave. We make space for participants to connect Sherena’s story to their own lives, and to hear what their colleagues are carrying. People tell us this is the part that stays with them.

In doing so, they begin to practise the capacities we deepen in the Inner Wealth Leadership Circle — a gentle first taste of that work.

 In pilot

For rhythm, when everything else keeps shifting.

A monthly conversation practice that builds relational intelligence and other human-centric skills into the rhythm of work. Not a training that is forgotten by the next quarter. A ritual that compounds. The cards and journal are our own, shaped by fifteen years of listening on the ground.

So much of work now happens through a screen, and disconnection is something many people feel but rarely name. Coming together in person, with something to hold and somewhere to write by hand, becomes a grounding and nourishing touchstone.

We are piloting it now with an organisation, training their Executive Director to host, and tracking changes in capacities and perceptions from a baseline.

Monthly ◆ up to 18 people ◆ prompt cards and journal ◆ train your own hosts ◆ in person in Singapore

“Building company culture takes more work than money and perks. Offsite sessions, fancy meals, and lucky draws get people excited temporarily, but they still leave people to develop relationships through their own initiatives…
The process is safe, simple, and easy to follow, yet not restrictive… it reminds me to be less judgmental, listen with a more open mindset, and seek opportunities to learn from others.”

A Message From Our Founder

Crisis can evolve us, if we choose that path.

A hidden heart sits in the Singapore skyline, near the business district. Financial wealth and inner wealth, coming together as one force in service of the greater good. Commissioned artwork.

I entered the field of workplace facilitation in 2011, after a fatal accident involving migrant workers led me to see the workplace as a potent space for evolving people into more caring and responsible organisational citizens.

Fast forward fifteen years. The world sits on a precipice. New kinds of humans, leaders and workplaces are needed to transmute the chaos into more wisdom, care and other aspects of inner wealth, which you can learn about here.

We need leadership from all, not only those with titles.

I have watched our sessions offer windows into how people could step into this new way of being.

  • Those in leadership have dared to be more vulnerable with each other, and to embrace more of their humanity and wholeness.
  • Participants have told us they have no time to reflect anywhere else. Their faces light up with awe as they listen to each other’s wisdom and insights.
  • They come alive. Peals of laughter sometimes ring through the room. Amidst the lightness, something deeper gets digested.

When the ground shifts, creating spaces for people to huddle with purpose will distinguish the workplaces that evolve with the times.
