I was born in China and moved to Singapore as a teenager. Being away from family while experiencing the shift in culture was profound. On the surface, I adapted. I did well in school, earned scholarships, and built a successful 18-year career in the banking sector. But underneath, the pressure of navigating two very different worlds created shadows I did not even know were there.

I kept performing. I kept achieving. And then, just before COVID, I burned out.

That was the beginning of my inner work. I started with mindfulness, then studied and practiced positive psychology, as well as practices like meditation and journaling.

In 2020, I was awarded a scholarship by the bank for coaching training, where I trained in ontological inquiry, and learnt to see not just what I was doing, but who I was being and who I am becoming. I then started serving as an internal executive coach to support our peers’ professional and personal development globally. What I thought would be a short learning journey became a decade of healing, self-discovery, and growth.

In 2025, I made the bravest decision of my life: I left my banking career to become a full-time coach. It was terrifying. It was also the most life-giving choice I have ever made. Today, I wake up with joy, autonomy, and a deep sense of purpose – serving others on their own journeys.

How I Work – I believe every leader already possesses the insight they need. My role is to create the conditions for that insight to emerge.

I blend Eastern wisdom with Western frameworks integrating positive psychology, ontological inquiry, systems thinking, change management, and leadership tools. But I do not follow a fixed methodology. I follow the person in front of me, meeting them as a whole human being and not just a role. My coaching style is holistic, insightful, and empowering.

I create a space where leaders can be real – where struggles are met without judgement; where warmth and gentle challenge coexist. My own years of inner work with mindfulness, shadow, and presence enable me to hold space for what is difficult.

I speak English and Mandarin, and have worked with leaders across 15+ countries. But more than any credentials, I offer my full presence that has been shaped by my own journey of becoming whole.
