In my Opinion piece that has been published in “Alliance”, a global magazine on philanthropy and social investment, I focus on a few things funders could do to nurture change-makers’ wellbeing:
- Fund effective wellbeing interventions
- Offer transformational presence and relationship
- Explore inner transformation
I consider inner transformation the most foundational because as I write in the piece, funders:
“may be distant from ground level suffering. Or people may not speak openly with them or point out blind spots. And their decisions affect many.”
If you know of or are part of funder networks, please share the article if it resonates and contact us if we can be of support.
