For individuals seeking personal growth, we specialise in supporting you to experience more meaning in life through cultivating inner wealth. Having lived a deeply meaningful life and having conceptualised inner wealth, our Director, Vadivu is well-poised to journey with you to have a deeper connection with yourself, others and Life.  

We will journey across eight zoom sessions (spaced out monthly as far as possible) with your commitment to practise between sessions.  One session will take 2 hours and the rest will take up to 90 minutes.

Our one-to-one work goes beyond traditional coaching. We call it “Catalysing” as we work through embodiment, presence, resonance and intuitive listening.  This is suitable for those who want to live and lead with soul, depth and higher purpose.

  6. Tools as Portals, not Prescriptions –  I use research backed tools (like the i360 or Strengths Profile below) not in rigid ways but as doorways to your wholeness and not only performance.

I use my intuition, deep listening and heart to co-create space for emergence of what’s for your highest good.

I have been influenced by various bodies of work such as positive psychology coaching, strengths coaching, wellbeing/happiness at work, servant leadership coaching and therapeutic coaching (trauma-informed).

Leadership Coaching

Our coaching supports the development of leaders who care about the growth and wellbeing of their people, and serving the greater good. It suits those who are already walking such a brave path and could do with support or those who are interested to step into this path, having felt the pain of driving results at the cost of people’s wellbeing. 

Our coaching is influenced by principles from Robert Greenleaf’s servant leadership philosophy and the evidence-based Positive Leadership. Both of these higher-purpose driven approaches have also been found to bring extraordinary results. We also are guided by Positive Psychology Coaching, Strengths Coaching (see below) and trauma-informed Therapeutic Coaching.

i360     

In a 360° feedback exercise, the feedback comes from people all around, including self, peers, direct reports, line managers and customers. The benefits are enormous. An individual is able to understand how they are perceived by others and whether certain behaviours or activities are working for them and the people around them.  

The i360 by the iOpener Institute for People and Performance allows your leaders to pay attention to the impact they are having on employee happiness, which directly impacts outcomes. It’s based on the science of happiness at work.

STRENGTHS PROFILE
Debrief

We each have such a unique constellation of strengths. Discovering this and bringing it mindfully to our daily life, work and leadership enables us to show up and shine in our own ways and enjoy work, leadership and life more. 

We choose Strengths Profile for our clients as this is a second-generation, scientifically validated strengths assessment which flags out not just the areas you’re strong in but also what energises you, what you could be using more, what drains you and where your effectiveness is lower. We use the expert profile which tells you where 60 qualities lie in your profile. This is not static, and evolves as you face different seasons and grow. 

We do a deep, nuanced debrief so you can leave with personalised insights, tailored to your goal. Goals can range from career sensing, leading with strengths, better energy management, building strong relationships etc. 

We can build on such debriefs by facilitating strengths-based team and leadership development.
