The year-end is a potent time for reflection. It can support you, your colleagues, friends and family to learn from significant events, celebrate and appreciate the good, feel more energised and live into the next year with greater awareness. When done with others, it can bring meaningful discovery of each other, deeper connection, joy and support.
Here are some reflection questions you can use in small groups, allowing people quiet time to reflect on the questions, then share. Invite group members to be nonjudgmental, appreciate and honour each other’s sharing so people feel seen, heard, supported and appreciated.
